“The Front desk employee was slow, seemed confused and in general very inefficient. The room was avergae at best and the view was lackluster. The grounds and pool area were okay.”

“The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...
