“For the price this place was a very good place to stay. It's conveniently located to nearby restaurants and stores. Unfortunately, due to current drought conditions the Canyon Lake water levels were extremely low. Also, the pool water was murky, I don't know what type of filtration system is being used. Overall, a very good place for the price.”

“Had a problem with check in. It was our anniversary so you can understand how issues like that are exacerbated. Host responded to us within minutes and took care of us. The house is amazing. Pool and hot tub clean and secluded. Will stay again!”

“Front desk girl very professional & friendly. The bathtub/shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Slippery & no grab bar. TV remote is useless. Fridge had molded leftover food. Carpet not vacuumed. Smoke detector off the mount and missing the battery. Bed sheet had holes & stains. Only recommend if you have no other place to go. ”
