“Great place”

“We stayed only 1 night and we stayed in a deluxe double room. Was very clean and comfortable beds. Nice that it is on the river and has nice porch overlooking the river. Also has a small pool. It is an older building, but you can tell they try to keep it up well. ”

“It was a horrible experience staff not friendly rooms dirty mattresses had bed bugs sheets had blood stains, roaches in the restroom doors doesn’t even close right doesn’t even feel safe the only thing that was good was enjoying a pool indoors I asked for pool towels the lady was giving me dirty towels it was just a terrible experience. When I booked it was a photo of the studio 6 building and was giving I the hotel 6 never again ”

“They charge me 75 dollars deposit and they don’t give me back they ask me to clean the room to get my deposit back! I never come back to that place! They only partial clean my room once a week ”

“Wifi never worked. Wasted two days here Tile floor broken in several areas and would pop. No soap or shampoo. Was looking forward to staying, but was disapponted. Owners seem ok, but no help. I really wanted to like this place, but didnt work for me.”

There’s so much to do on the property between the two pools, pickleball court, and easy access to the river, we basically didn't leave for 2 days. It’s also super close to New Braunfels, which was convenient. The room renovations were really well done and thoughtful, and overall it felt like great value for what you get. Will definitely come back with a group.”
