Hotel vicino a Natural Bridge Caverns - San Antonio

“It’s a mess outside with highway construction out of their control. The room was fair, however the ac wasn’t really working that welll and disappointed with breakfast selection. Wish they had better food options I get it though with cost but come on! It’s the same breakfast I could get at a hotel for a fraction of the price! The price of rooms goes up and food stays the same! lol but we found a great restaurant that was delicious, Bobbie’s southern kitchen! Don’t sleep on this place! Mr crabbys...

“The Manager, John, gave me and my Son outstanding customer service, our room was clean and our bed was comfy, and the waffles in the morning were delicious. We plan on staying here again.”

“To start out with, first thing we noticed after we come in that evening was that the security doors were tied open. Anyone could walk into the hotel at any time without anyone noticing. the breakfast bar supposed to be a continental breakfast with a long way from it, not everyone eats just apples. People that have toast would like jelly and the muffins that we got most of the time were on the dry side, for as far as the breakfast went, I had to go somewhere else every morning to get my...

“Room was okay, but had a smell and the ceiling looked like it was falling apart on room 415”

“Excelente trato hacia los huéspedes, personal amable, un lugar completo de silencio y seguro, las habitaciones siempre limpias y en buen estado.”

“Great experience! Staff was great, hotel clean, breakfast was good!”

“I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again.”

“Parking fee was charged when the expedia listing mentioned free parking. We had booked a room which sleeps 5 but the room that was assigned to us just had 2 queen beds and a chair - caused a lot of inconvenience to accommodate one person. On asking to upgrade they asked us to pay for the upgrade which should have been included in our bookings.”
