“The room was very large and super clean! Having a full kitchen was very nice and I wish we could have stayed there longer.”

“Bathroom needs detail cleaning off molds. Food was good. Just not used to paying for nightly parking… been to several resort where parking was free”

“Spark by Hilton was a great stay! Hotel was clean and maintained properly. Rooms were a great size and air conditioning was fantastic. The only negative was the breakfast. No protein of any sort served like sausages or bacon. There was toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt and oatmeal. Overall a great place to stay!”

“Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.”

“The only reason why the stay was good was because of the staff that helped resolve my issues. Right at check in a pipe was loose in the bathroom and the room full of moisture. We were moved rooms no issues. The second room had a broken TV, not really a big deal but with kids kinda an inconvenience. The laundry services was not working property as I paid 5$ to dry two small loads and they weren’t even dry. The door from the pool area to get back into the building didn’t work and we were informed...

“The property is under renovation and we were not informed of this. No restaurant in the hotel, the "breakfast room" was make-shift. We opted out of breakfast because of this. In room coffee options need better attention and updates. Mine were tea instead of coffee. these things are understandable considering the remodel, however it would have been good to know this ahead of time.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, right up to assigning my room. The room was clean. Breakfast and the kickback food was really good and much appreciated. Definitely staying here again.”

“Es buena la ubicación tiene los servicios como nevera y/o refrigerador bien eso me ayudó a tener agua fría y 2 que 3 snacks en el refrigerador con el calor de Texas. El Personal de recepción cero custome service con sus carotas de mala gana de atienden las 2 chicas pésimas”
