“The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

“Clean room, no fuss check-in/out, free parking on site. We were looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in the area for a impl 2-night stay-over and this place was perfect.”

“The hotel is dated but very clean. The staff is beyond friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Parking is right there. Very good place to stay the night. ”

“Anche se un po’ lontano dalla città, questo residence dell’università, ci é piaciuto per l’appartamento spazioso e la pulizia. Anche se spartano negli arredamenti era ben tenuto e piacevole. Immerso nella natura è comunque servito dai mezzi pubblici. Alla reception la ragazza era gentilissima.”
