“The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. “Our stay was good. The staff was very accommodating. We had to check out a day early, due to my husband suddenly becoming ill and needing to go to the hospital. The only issue we had was the pillows (too soft, flat) and the bed (very creamy and squeaky). Otherwise, all was well.”
