“Fabulous stay - one of the top hotels we stayed in while in Indonesia. Hard to find anything negative. The rooms we large, clean and comfortable. The food was over abundant and delicious! The view from the 8th floor at night was beautiful; a place to get away from the noise and bustle of the streets. The bar, while not fully stocked had enough of a variety to keep content.
There was a bartender present every night. He was gracious and worked hard to provide quality service.

“Posizione centrale ma non bellissima, albergo con hall al 6 piano e camere fino al 39 piano. Abbiamo cambiato piu volte la stanza perché erano sporche, alla fine abbiamo rinunciato! Abbiamo chiesto la navetta per l’aeroporto disponibile a pagamento ma con un notevole sovrapprezzo rispetto ad un taxi. Costo moderato come tutta l’indodnesi ma decisamente sotto gli standard di altri hotel di pari categoria.”

The rooms are well-equipped, with lights beside each bed, an electric kettle and refrigerator, and roomy enough for a small table and armchair, a desk/counter with chair, and closet with a small safe. Service was always prompt and when the local power went out the hotel generator kept not just the lights but also the AC on....

"Nel complesso un buon hotel dove alloggiare, vicino al centro. L'edificio non è di recente costruzione ma è tenuto bene e pulito. In dotazione della stanza asciugamani grandi e piccoli, doccia schiuma, shampoo e sapone, spazzolino e dentifricio, pettine e cuffia, ciabatte usa e getta. Per l'utilizzo della piscina vengono forniti asciugamani adeguati da parte del personale. All interno sono presenti 3 ristoranti con prezzi ragionevoli e una sala d'attesa molto comoda e confortevole. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze non è un granché, in particolare per quanto riguarda la porta che da sul corridoio, il bagno è funzionale e munito di phon. La colazione a buffet offre ampia scelta tra dolce e salato con prevalentemente piatti tipici. "
