“There is NO SMOKE ALARM a CODE VIOLATION, no filter for the furnace, active mold and mildew in the shower and the main room curtains don’t work. It’s very dated and there would have been more pictures of the place we wouldn’t have stayed there. It’s DEFINITELY NOT what we expected from a VRBO listing. Only positive were washing machine and dryer, king size bed and TV. ”

“The house was absolutely amazing. Came for the weekend to ride windrock with my daughter and enjoyed every bit. Around 8 minute drive or so from the driveway to entrance of park and was a plus we could ride directly from there back and forth. The house had everything you needed and then some. Brooke is an exceptional host and really went out her way to make sure our stay was perfect!! Will definetly be booking again! Thanks so much and really appreciate everything you did brooke!!”

“This place is gorgeous, clean, slightly remote (which I loved), cozy and pet friendly. The drive out from DT Jamestown took some getting used to for this city girl (the windy roads) but once I got there, it was heavenly. I loved waking up to the horses next door. It allowed me to relax and be refreshed each and every day. Will definitely book again! It’s perfect for a single person and their pup or a couples getaway. Didn’t use the hot tub but could see myself using it in the fall or later...
