“It showed a Continental breakfast each morning. The woman at the desk stated that they don’t do that anymore! Ithink I should get a rebate for having to buy my own breakfast when I thought I’d paid for one.”

“Upon check in, the owner told me I needed to pay an additional $40 for a third person. I stated that I didn’t realize they charged for kids. The owner then questioned me about their ages to the point I offered to show my son’s drivers license. Then, when entering my room after check in my kids discovered dead bugs on the floor. “I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...
