Hotel vicino a Sunrise Canyon Hospital - Lubbock

“This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”

“The fires in courtyard create a lot of smoke in the room. Very uncomfortable! Also the showerhead in #113 is very uncomfortable. Likes pins sticking you. Needs adjustment. ”

“The bathroom smelled like the inside of a city sewer. Apparently they have a drainage issue with the main line out of the hotel so the smell of sewage comes from the shower, sink and toilet. Other than this horrible problem the place is great. ”

“Room was dirty the entire hotel gave you a dirty feel if you look closely most things were not cleaned rugs not vacuumed and hallways. Tile floor is not detailed cleaned, etc..”

“Because I was in flight my reservation was canceled. No text or email no warning. I got there at midnight and was told I could book another room for the next day at standard prices. I just got a different hotel. After hearing what I went through the new hotel gave me a room at discount. That's called customer service!”
