Good location in Coolum
Very comfortable well positioned property with water views and close to all Coolum shops. Beach at your doorstep and Eumundi markets only 20 minutes away All in all a great place to stay and holiday

Very Dog Friendly
Loved our stay and will defo be back, great location and house has everything you need. We stay at many so called dog friendly places where they hit you with so many rules and additional fees and you’re scared to leave a single dog hair in case they hit you with another $200 additional cleaning fee. The owners clearly love dogs and the house welcomes them!

Great place to stay!
Clean, neat and well appointed. Home away from home. Dog friendly covered area with small patch of grass. Aircon, dishwasher, BBQ and basics all included. Access to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!

Puppy's first dog-friendly stay was brilliant!
Relaxing, charming and well-located place - walking distance to shops and restaurants (the hill helped burn some of the calories!). Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay with our cavoodle,,it was lovely and clean and had everything we needed the only thing that bothered me that there was no privacy n the main living area as no blind person r curtains if you wished more privacy , I was not comfortable with that as neighbours next door could look in at night time if we had lights on , I love my privacy, so this bothered me A lot. But other than that it was lovely . I will stay again if there was more privacy.

Perfect beach getaway
Thank you for opening your home for us and our 3 year old rottweiler Luci. The place was clean, beautifully presented and in the perfect location. We had everything we needed and the hosts were great to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend for a pet friendly holiday!

Fabulous Beach Getaway
Great return visit to Billy's and Collum Beach. Ken & Des are wonderful hosts and we have enjoyed our second family summer holiday at Billy's. Very convenient and quiet location, clean and well presented home surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Great Facilities and very Pet Friendly
Billy's Beach Retreat had everything we needed for our three night stay. Every utensil you could think of was there. The outside eating area, which was in the pet safe area, was comfortable and cool. The area out the front with the cantilever umbrella was ideal for afternoon drinks with nice afternoon breezes and a view of the sea. We can definitely recommend this Retreat to other dog owners. Break Away
Everything you could ask for in a holiday rental especially if you have a furry family member.As my husband is not as agile as he used to be we found the location a bit of a challenge as we had to get the car out every time we wanted to go anywhere even to main street which somewhat spoilt the experience for us, but perfect for fit people who can walk up steep hills We were missing a essential item but within a hour of us reporting this to owner we were accommodated .Lovely spot for a family & plenty of space for everyone. Overall a nice welcoming friendly clean home with everything you could want or need.

Billy’s Place
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Billy’s and it is just perfect. It is in a great location and it has everything we need for a short stays. It also has a really nice relaxing vibe.

Superb stay
Billy’s place was one of the best pet friendly stays that we have experienced in the 15 years we have been travelling with our pooch. Great location, wonderfully presented, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended.

Great family holiday location and good for our fur baby
Had a great time with our family, having our fur baby with us meant we spent so much time together. Beach walks in the mornings for sunrise and quiet walks along the sometimes empty beach in the afternoon. Rainy days just relaxing at home on the lounge.

First arrived Musty dog smelling house.Walking outside Fresh large dog feasies in yard. Lounge strong dog smell on left side Yard not safe for small dogs Gap in fence up side of yard. One Kitchen Overhead Light Not working One Lounge Light not working Bathroom light not working (we replaced it with New one that was in cupboard. Carpets had dog hair Not cleaned. Had problems with TV but fixed ourselves Advised Owner. Overall disappointed as we had to supervise our dogs when they were outside. Beds very Comfortable

It’s a shame you did not mention the smells etc when we discussed the TV which simply had to be rebooted. We also tried to arrange a visit by an electrician to replace the down lights of which there are many to give adequate lighting. Sorry you did not have a good experience at Billy’s as over 300 other guests have.

Great Coolum beach house
This is a lovely clean and comfortable beach house 10 min walk to the beach and Main Street in Coolum. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden has very pleasant sitting areas. Communication with the owners was excellent and check in happened with no issues. Coolum has a dog friendly beach with fantastic off leash areas. Our pups loved it. We loved our time there and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing as always!!
We always have such a great stay at Billy's. Everything you need is there and it's in the best location. We are very thankful that Billy's is pet friendly so our dogs can enjoy our holiday as much as we do. Ken and Desley are always helpful and offer a wonderdul service which is a great bonus. Perfect holiday home away from home :)

Billy's was absolutely a home away from home. Wonderfully equipped with every extra, spotlessly clean, relaxing and, importantly, had excellent beds & pillows. Our cavoodle couldn't have been happier either. Yes, we will return!

Great property, we had a wonderful stay, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and great outdoor area. Big kitchen. Location was great for us, about 800 m to town but only short walk to water. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable stay with our two border collies. Comfy beds, with everything you need in the kitchen. Close to everything. Dog beach and river not far and was a huge hit with our two dogs. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property is very conveniently situated near town & the beach. There's room for the car, the dogs and a lovely out door area. We bbq;d at night and sat around the great fire pit. All very relaxing. Will book again.
