“Hotel was excellent with big room. Room was clean. Toilet cover needs to be changed coz it looks old and dirty. Breakfast spread was great. I will come back again for sure if I’m going to Surabaya. Staffs were friendly and polite. ”

“Clean and spacious room, but too many mosquitoes in parking space, hotel lobby and even room. Has swimming pool and elevator which are plus point for me.we booked room without breakfast as we wanted to explore Surabaya culinary.Must pay 100k IDR deposit for 2nd room card.”

“The hotel keeps their old spacy room which made my mother be able to stay comfortably since my mother is using wheel chair. The bed is wide and comfortable. The shower room is also spacy and the shower head is easy to be used. However, the elevator is a little small, so it was a bit difficult for us to get on the elevator with wheel chair. I like Cendana Hotel and I want to stay there again. It is being renovated now and I hope they do not change the room size and the shower room design /style....
