“Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

“I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown.”

“Bedbugs. Completely stained bed cover. Hair in the sheets. Next to a loud bar. Dirty in general. I found a bed bug and got a refund and stayed somewhere else. Yes, it’s cheap but I wouldn’t sleep here for free.”

“Our stay at Geary Parkway Motel was a solid experience. The staff was fantastic—Vijay handled our check-in and check-out, making the whole process an absolute breeze. He was welcoming, efficient, and set a great tone for the trip. The room itself was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. “Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future.”

“Well maintained rooms and very clean. The parking may be not sufficient for all guests. However, I used Uber or waymo when I need to go out. My car was parked in the space without any issue.”

“We stayed because of close proximity to presidio surgical center. Property is nice. Room is nice but a little bit unkept. The ac/heater very very loud. They serve complimentary tea and coffee. I was disappointed not to have some authentic tea rather than the usual teas found in hotels. Love that they have some parking right at the hotel.”
