“the location is very convenient both for getting around walking and by public transport (there are many scooters in the area and the Muni F stop). It is located halfway between Soma, Castro and civic center. what leaves something to be desired is the frequenting of the surrounding area, but given the price I would say it is more than good. furthermore the room is equipped with a fridge and microwave and there is a market right in front.”

“Very convenient location in Japantown close to lots of good restaurants and interesting shops. Hotel is very clean. Bathroom is a bit awkward if sharing with someone you aren’t close to (toilet has a door but the sink and shower area are only separated from the room with a small half curtain. Makes it hard to keep a light on as well without disturbing the other person if going to the toilet at night.”

“Maybe the bed. We were a family of three of us. We choose a room with two queen bed and definitely we had some problems to sleep. A queen bed for me and my husband was too little and a queen bed for my son was too big!”
