But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

“What a treasure we found! Everything was fabulous especially the staff and the breakfast. The room was large and comfortable and we were even able to pay for parking on-site. I highly recommend this little gem.”

“I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown.”

(I hit my knee pretty hard on the bed frame and my partner hit his head on the tv trying to get around the bed). It was musty/muggy and hard to ventilate in the room and the bathroom. “Bedbugs. Completely stained bed cover. Hair in the sheets. Next to a loud bar. Dirty in general. I found a bed bug and got a refund and stayed somewhere else. Yes, it’s cheap but I wouldn’t sleep here for free.”

“the location is very convenient both for getting around walking and by public transport (there are many scooters in the area and the Muni F stop). It is located halfway between Soma, Castro and civic center. what leaves something to be desired is the frequenting of the surrounding area, but given the price I would say it is more than good. furthermore the room is equipped with a fridge and microwave and there is a market right in front.”

“Our stay at Geary Parkway Motel was a solid experience. The staff was fantastic—Vijay handled our check-in and check-out, making the whole process an absolute breeze. “Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future.”
