Staff (front desk) was so great, such a nice lady! Room is very clean and comfortable. TV remote does not work. Replacement remote from front desk also does not work. Sound carries from rooms above. Still would choose La Quinta again!

The room was clean the staff was nice. But the toilet didn't flush properly and that's the reason for my score. There was a fire alarm early Christmas morning and the front desk personnel didn't seem to have any training on how to advise the customers staying there. I think there could be some training ...
