“The room was clean and updated. The only issue was that there was a lot of humidity in the room because it did not have an exhaust fan. otherwise the room was great and the area was very quiet.”

“It had some good, some not as good. Room was clean, bed was decent, good pressure in the shower and it was quiet. AC was slow to cool and kept it close to comfortable but that’s all it could manage. Coffee maker in the room, weak coffee and the condiments package had dried out sugar and creamer. No vending machines on the property that I saw. That being said, it was comfortable enough and the rate was very good.”

After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. “Room was impossible to temp regulate. Either too warm and humid or cold and clammy. Fridge was not working. Electric boxes pulled out of the wall if anything plugged in to them was unplugged. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is very true when it comes to motel rooms.”

“Rooms were poorly maintained. Sheets and towels may have been clean, but were stained. Lots of bugs in the rooms. Staff was friendly, but hard to communicate with.”

“I rush that you provide a smoking area in the back instead of in the front entrance. I didn’t like walking through smoke at the entrance.”

“This was an exceptionally clean room, the price was great, the room was over stocked with towels and such things. The pool area was sparkling and had restrooms accessible to swimmers. Breakfast was fresh and fully stocked continuously during breakfast hours. It is a full breakfast, not just preserved items. The price was great and the staff were very courteous. We will be staying again.”

“The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was a huge plus. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. Everything was quiet, well kept, and exactly what we needed. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Mount Pleasant.”
