“This was an excellent property for longer term stays. Not a Hotel. No front counter. The agent meets you outside the elevator lobby and escorts you to your room. Comes complete with everything you need. It is a place I would stay for a month or more. ”

“The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused.”

“Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool Clean rooms and comfortable beds Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep. Small touches are lacking. Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users.”

“The apartment is clean and well equipped. However previous guest smoked in the apartment and ignored the no smoking warning. It was unpleasant as the smell lingered. The staff attempted to remove this through ozone machine and room perfume. Gold location and lots of cafe and restaurants nearby.”
