“Not only where the rooms peeling paint, moldy, and overall dirty they actually had no soap, yes soap, to provide for their guests in the entire hotel. I have traveled five continents and 48 states and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed!”

“It’s average for a motel 6. Bring your own pillow as the front desk didn’t have extra and there were only 3 on the bed. The mattress was pretty stiff. But for a one night stay it served its purpose. The staff was friendly and the halls were quiet during the night.”

“Room was good only thing that there were pests. I was not that okay for what I paid. I expected more out of it. Staff was very helpful at check in and at check out. Have no complaints but the pests.”

“The property was very old and run down. First thing we walked in the room turned on the lamp and it broke. Hallway carpets were tattered, old and nasty. Bed was disheveled when we walked in the room. Floors were dirty in the room and needed a good scrubbing. Breakfast was very bad. No Bagels, no pastries of any kind, just cereal, brad, a few English muffins, juice and coffee but no decaf. Very inadequate. I would not recommend it very disappointed in what we received for the price. On the plus...

“I enjoyed every aspect of my stay as far as the property and would definitely stay again. The only thing i took issue with was the breakfast could have been more variety and left alot to be desired. Should have meat options for non-pork eaters”

“Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. ”

“When we initially checked in we were assigned a room on the first floor which smelled strongly of mold & mildew and had two queens eventhough I paid for a king. "D" at the front desk told us she never uses the rooms in that particular corridor unless the hotel is completely sold out because they are just too close to the water. “We always stay at this property for easy access to the boat ramp. It’s always clean and the breakfast is amazing!”

“What really bothered me was parking.. only handicap parking available. Everyone else has to park on the other side of the hotel. Checking in was 1 hour wait.. only 2 receptionist”

“Parking here is scary the area isn’t the best but I guess for the price it makes sense. Its beach walkable so that was great and near the boardwalk so that was also nice. when it came to quiet hours there were people partying, smoking, and also having altercations it definitely got a bit scary after that so if you have little ones with you I wouldn’t book here just to save some money I would go spend a bit more money just to be in a safer area. It also smelled horrible just straight cigarettes...
