“Good stay good price”

“The room was nice. It was clean. The only issue was even though there are signs for quiet times at night, there were kids running up and down the hallway after midnight. The a/c unit was a bit loud for the room but it did keep it cool.”

“Pool was closed and 1 out of 2 elevators did not work properly.”

“Roaches in my room. Overall, the facility is decrepit. No working gym. Elevator button held together with tape. The carpets are in bad need of replacement. Another guest said that it was the worse hotel they have ever stayed in. Extensive renovations are required.”

“Check in was easy, front desk staff very pleasant and the room (small suite) was spacious and I really liked the walk in shower. Vouchers were provided towards the dining room - and the breakfast buffet was a good variety of hot and cold items. Severs/staff in the restaurant were also pleasant. One area that needs improvement is the airport shuttle. The hotel should tell guests flying into Reagan exactly where to meet the driver (what door). “hotel della nota catena, in ottima posizione sulla strada principale di Old Alexandria a due blocchi dalle 2 linee metro Blue e Yellow che in 30 minuti portano a downtown Washington DC. servizi da rivedere (colazione scarna e ristorante-bar chiuso) e disastroso il rassetto camere (3 giorni non sono passati a pulire e quando sono passati non hanno lasciato asciugamani) inoltrate proteste alla Reception che però non ha risolto il problema”
