“Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends.”

“The best thing about this hotel is its location to the waterfront and to the main street of old town. The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby was just redone although a bit business hotel style. The rooms are a nice layout, but they are very much in need of renovation.For the past three years, the wallpaper in the bathroom has been peeling every time I've been there.The room feels a bit dated and colorless.”

“Breakfast was European style ..$18 per and coffee was $2.50+ per cup. We opted for Silver diner and received service and free refills for the same cost. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.”

“All staff were friendly. Elevator area on the 18th was not cleaned for two days. I paid for parking when I checked in but had to pay when leaving the garage. There was no attendant in the booth and no one answered the call button. The pool was super small and mostly children. Would be nice to have a pool area for adults especially since there is a pool side bar.”

“This four bedroom row house worked well for our two families. The kitchen is well stocked and amenable. Living room/ dining room provided great space for meals and FIFA fun. One of the back burners was leaking gas and had to be shut off. Hope that’s fixed prior to next client. Upstairs shower was not working when we arrived. Fixed in two days. Downstairs /basement bed uncomfortable. There are two large paintings of nudes/ we had to hang sheets over them to protect our young children. ...

“This property was not the best stay. The rooms were not cleaned well, wood utilities were falling apart, we experienced bugs (roaches) in our bathroom, the beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were not a normal pillow size, it was like half pillows. It’s very outdated and needs a lot of upgrades and improvements as it states under new management so things should be changing soon :) The pool was the best out of it all. The complimentary breakfast was also okay. Parking is good, and the staff...
