“The location is perfect. I was extremely tired from a long day but I would have loved to venture out to see more of the property. The only complaint was the lack of toiletries. There was soap and a small bottle of lotion. Other amenities were lacking. Given the quality of the room, I'm willing to accept this as a trade off.”

“Room was clean. Could not adjust ac temperature to a cooler level. The weekend I stayed there it was over 90 degrees. But other than that the stay was fine.”

“The lobby was very cozy and inviting. The water and tea at the door was nice. Reception desk were very friendly and answered our questions. We used one of our $25.00 voucher the last night were there and had appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks. Appetizer was very good. We would definitely stay at Sheraton Hotels again”

“Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy.”
