There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant. The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“The room was spacious! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The staff member even waited with us until the Grab driver came to pick us up from the pick up point which is at other end of the block and helped us with our bags and luggage. Really enjoyed my stay in this room! ”

“Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money ”

“Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. It didn’t bother us as we are night owls but just a tip for anyone who goes to bed early, I’d request a lower floor. Thanks again to the...

“The staff especially the reception are top notch, spoke english, helped breaak big bank otes into smaller ones, arranged transport and always acknowledged/greeted you. Room was a bit small compared to other 4 star hotels but still nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of choices and fast replenishment of food. Hotel location is close to a lot of attractions, shopping and food options”

“Note that although this hotel looks very near the train station on the map, it is on the wrong side of it for passenger boarding, so you have to walk about 10 minutes around the (long) block. Other than that and its location on a very busy road with no meaningful sidewalk (which is hardly unique in hanoi), this is a great place: clean, nicely decorated, huge bed (in our room, anyway :)”
