Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Train Street war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Das Personal war freundlich, und auf Anfragen wurde zügig reagiert. Täglich neue Handtücher zu erhalten war zwar nicht unbedingt nötig, dennoch wird an vielen anderen Stellen sichtbar Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. “The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

“My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. The city can be a bit overwhelming -- and other travelers had told me that the Old Quarter can be noisy at night. Sky Charm is ideally located -- close enough to walk but far enough away as to be quiet and comfortable. “Disappointing, not terrible but definitely worth the high price (1,000 000 vdn/ £30). Pros: Nice bed, pretty clean room, includes breakfast. Cons: -Room had no natural light at all, making it feel dingy and depressing. There was some kind of window/shutter that opened to a dark wall. -The breakfast was in a separate hotel, or the other part of their hotel. Not ideal as I had to walk across a busy road in my flip flops to get to breakfast in their other building 50 metres away -Breakfast was...

“L’hotel nella zona dell’old quarter di Hanoi è davvero molto carino . Il personale parla inglese sono tutti molto gentili . La colazione è per la maggior parte salata ma c’è anche frutta e qualche dolce. Stanza spaziosa con terrazzino. “Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...

“Minerva Aparthotel is the ideal place to stay in Hanoi especially if you are coming with family. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the location is the best being near all the tourist attractions but also getting more of a local feel for the city and that doesn’t touch the best part of the stay which is how great Thomas and team are. They really go above and beyond and have excellent communication. They answered all our questions and you can depend on them for any arrangements you need!”
