“Great hotel. Would absolutely stay again. Friendly staff, clean facility, on a quiet street. I booked two rooms, and both are very similar. Spacious, bright and clean. Manager Max was great help. I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. Finally.... as of Jan 2026, Google Map has not updated the street view for Eli Rina, so you won't see it...

“I guess they must give EXPEDIA bookers the least desirable rooms....? In my case, even though it was on the 13th floor, my room overlooked a construction site that went all ALL NIGHT! There is no excuse for that, it is a construction site for a new skyscraper that will go on for many months and the noise is constant. The staff is friendly but who assigns the rooms is NOT !”

“Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money ”

Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Train Street war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Das Personal war freundlich, und auf Anfragen wurde zügig reagiert. “Great! We spent over two weeks in this new hotel and we are really happy with our stay. Hotel is new and perfectly maintained, services are very good, rooftop pool and bar are small but nice and staff has been very nice with us. Position is great too, very close to old town and famous train road. Good limo service to airport available too.”

“great location for people like to be in the middle of a street foods area. This is not a 4 stars hotel. It would be a 2.5 stars. Room was quite small. The staff was helpful but not the type of services you would expect from a 4 stars US hotels.”

“The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

“My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings. The owner is the loveliest person ever, super responsive with great English skills. He answered all of our questions almost immediately and with very helpful...
