Holiday in la arena
Great apartment over looking the beach with lovely views of the sunset from the large wraparound balcony every thing provided in the apartment food and wine and water and fruit even toothpaste and brushes also a parking place for a car in the garage and best of all Yolanda the host what a lovely lady very helpful and always smiling hope to visit again in the future

Super host
Excellent place, top floor. Pictures are accurate for the view. Well equipped kitchen. We are staying at 2 different VBRO's this trip month long trip and this is the better of the two. Yolanda is more than a super host....she's a SUPER SUPER host. She met us at the appointed time to check in and showed us everything about the apartment and the garage parking. Yolanda had the apartment spotless when we arrived with clean linens, blankets and pillows. Extra nice touch was the toiletries, wash cloths, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent. Toothbrush in case you forgot, lotion, sunscreen.Two welcome bottles of wine, beer and soda in the fridge. Sharp kitchen knives. The apartment is close with 3 adults but we made it work.There is plenty of room on the wrap around balcony offering views of the beach and Teide from the side. The apartment is quiet at night. There is the typical car noise, but no clubs with loud music near. There are many restaurants close with lots of variety for any taste. The only negative is the wifi/internet and TV. The internet speed varied greatly. It was not consistent enough to support work that involved teleconferencing or uploading data. It is good enough for checking email and general browsing. But there is fiber internet available at several cafes in the area if you need that. For a couple, this IS the place to stay. I don't think you could find a better host.

Indeed, the flat is a beautiful place in Playa de la Arena to enjoy the environment, its sunsets from the terrace, its surroundings, its walks along the coast, etc... It's a place to enjoy a nice holiday and to take back nice moments and memories. I agree with you that it is not a flat focused on teleworking. I dont offer it as a such. It is a beach flat, sun, relaxation and a wonderful environment to discover. With all its services. Best regards!

Excellent choice
Very good location with nice view to Arena beach and Gomera island. A lot of good restaurants nearby. And Yolanda is so kind and friendly.

Lovely stay
Lovely apartment with great terrace and views. Much less touristy area but still loads of restaurants etc. Yolanda provided everything you need. Brilliant communication with Yolanda and VRBO.

Didn't think it could be improved - how wrong I was
We stayed at this property back in March this year - loved it so much so came again. Yolanda is amazing a fantastic host - great communication and she goes out of her way to make sure you have everything we need. She has installed a new TV box so we had lots of TV channels to choose from. The apartment is spotless - comes equipped with coffee filter machine, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board etc- plenty of towels - even towels for the beach as well as two deck chairs and a parasol. Apartment is on the 5th floor but there are two lifts. Swimming pool is large and very clean with lots of sunbeds to use. It is a short walk downhill to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. We recommend Legends (sports bar) great food at reasonable prices and La Gaviota (Italian) family run business - food is amazing. We can't wait to come back to this apartment we just love it.

Beautiful apartment with a great view
A beautiful apartment at Puerto de Santiago/Playa de Arena. Large terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The apartment was very clean and light.The owner was very nice. And surprised us with a stocked refrigerator and fruit basket. We had no time to use the pool. We would definitely come back here.

Great location & brilliant customer service
Yolanda really is a Super Host. The apartment didn’t disappoint, the location was great, check in was seamless, Yolanda met us outside with the keys. The welcome package was brilliant, she really has thought of everything. The apartment has had new lounge furniture which you can see in the pictures below. Yolanda’s knowledge of the area is second to none, when asked about good local restaurants she gave us a couple of really good recommendations, none of them disappointed. The customer service and communication from first booking to our last day was nothing short of brilliant. Yolanda, you were great, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our holiday brilliant.

superb penthouse with garage
This place is absolutely great. The pictures are:"what you see is what you get". And even more when we opened the fridge! The kitchen outfit is complete. Shops, restaurants, beach (beach umbrella available!) and supermarket within walking distance. The view is lovely and for stargazers; a visible MilkyWay during clear skies. Yolanda is a great host and we would love to come back some time.

Lovely as always
This was our 4th time staying here. Yolanda is honestly the perfect host. Wonderful welcome goodies, brilliant communication from start to finish. Also she kindly let us check in early and out late. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes and the walk to los gigantes is lovely, with more bars and restaurants there. There is another walk the other way to la cala about 50 mins, not much there, handful of cafes, but nice to walk along the coast. Just hope we can return again soon. Thanks Yolanda for another perfect stay Jo and Rob x

Perfect-Absolutely Perfect
Yolanda should be a super host -so helpful and quick to respond to messages. The apartment was exactly as described , great location with just a short walk downhill to beach restaurants bars and shops. There is also a lift. Yolanda also gave us a lovely surprise with food in the fridge, apples,salad,butter,ham and wine and chocolate etc. There was even items in the bathroom,shower gel, toothbrushes toothpaste etc. No need to rush to the shops when you first arrive. Really comfortable firm double bed -not twin beds pushed together. Lots of towels including beach towels. The balcony is large with great views of the sea and mountains. I could go on because this rental has everything and more. We loved it and will be returning.

Amazing views and location
Very well equipped apartment suitable for two people. Communication with Yolanda was very good and she supplied lots of extras to get us started. Location is great with everything you want nearby. Property has a large balcony which has great views of the beach and sunsets. A parking spot was supplied in the garage which made life easier.

Wonderful Playa de La Arena
Great location and the best balcony we've ever had. Fantastic views and very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Yolanda, the host, couldn't have been more welcoming and even though we arrived later than expected still met us with a big smile. The "welcome pack" provided all our needs after a very long day, especially a cold beer! Thank you Yolanda for a wonderful experience.

Top Vermieter, top Lage, top Wohnung
Beste Lage an der Playa de la Arena, direkt gegenüber des Strandes im 5. Stock einer gepflegten Wohnanlage (mit Lift). Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand. Die Wohnung samt Bad ist sehr gut renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit neuen und praktischen Küchenutensilien. Wir hatten eine sehr gute (und freundliche) Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Yolanda. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!

Simply Perfect
What a beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located penthouse apartment. My wife and I had a really relaxing week, nade great use of the rooftop sun terrace in the mornings before moving to the pool in the afternoon and catching the last hour of sun on the balcony every day. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, as well as a basket of items you may have forgotten, toothbrushes, combs, sponges, hair/shower gel - basically, if you forgot to pack it then Yolanda didn't. The bed was so comfy and bedroom had plenty storage for clothes etc. The TV had enough channels to keep anyone happy if that's your thing but we spent most of our time in the sun. The apartment is really well located with numerous restaurants and bars very close by. We ate in 6 of them and didn't have a bad meal. We reccomend the Indian Restaurant Bombay Bau (?) and the Blue Martini in particular. Yolanda was the perfect host, good clear communication ahead of arrival and then she welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. My wife and I are alreay looking at available dates for a return next year.

Vacaciones estupendas
Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa el piso perfecto con una vista de sueño desde la hermosa terrassa. Yolanda es una persona muy atenta , no falta de nada en su casa. Hemos tenido muy buen contacto con ella. Estamos deseando volver. Muchas gracias a Yolanda por su simpatia. El piso esta muy bien situado, la playa , los comercios,los restaurantes a dos minutos. La grande piscina muy agradable para nadar y tomar el sol. Vacaciones a repetir.

Wonderful
We travel a lot and we have not met a nicer, more accommodating host than Yolanda. She is lovely, she allowed us to check in early. Also she left us so many lovely goodies, wine, fruit, chocolate, toiletries. There is everything you need, the apartment is so well equipped. The balcony is huge and the view is stunning. This is our 3rd time here and we can't wait to return. The apartment is in a residential block not holiday complex but it has a lovely big well maintained pool. There are coastal walks in both directions and numerous bars and restaurants within minutes of walking.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber dann für eine längere Zeit
Wir haben hier 3 tolle Wochen verbracht. In Top Lage eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit einer kompletten Ausstattung, wie zuhause, haben nichts vermisst. Der Kontakt mit Yolanda war ausgezeichnet.

Can't wait to return
When we return to Playa de la Arena the place we would choose is Yolanda's apartment. It is in a perfect location, not only in the town but within the complex and the terrace is such a bonus. Yolanda is a fantastic host and obviously her guests are very important to her.

Heerlijk verblijf op superlocatie
Al vanaf binnenkomst van het penthouse een prettig welkomsgevoel. Een welkomsbloemetje, fruit en zelfs een gevulde koelkast ontbrak niet. Heerlijk ruim balkon met prachtig zicht. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super dejligt sted
Vi havde 3 fantastiske uger i lejligheden og specielt den store terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt havde vi stor glæde af. Et stort plus er også den lukkede garage. Yolanda var en perfekt vært.

Charme, repos et détente assurés
Après un accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, nous avons découvert le joli petit nid dans lequel nous allions passer 1 semaine. En 1 mot: magnifique! l'annonce reflète en tout point l'appartement loué. Situé au sommet de l'immeuble, pas trop bruyant, avec une vue à couper le souffle et la piscine au soleil dès le matin. Bref, nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Fantastisch appartement met prachtig uitzicht!
Een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad in dit fantastische appartement. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het ruime terras, rustige omgeving, complete inventaris, alles was aanwezig om deze vakantie te vieren. Het enige nadeel was dat het zwembad niet verwarmd was..ijskoud dus.

Fantastisk udsigt
Fin lejlighed med en stor vinkel terrasse hvorfra der er en fantastisk udsigt til Playa de la Arena, havet, La Gomera og Teide. Specielt er solnedgangen over La Gomera fantastisk. Lejligheden var veludstyret og ren. Da vi ankom blev vi modtaget af ejeren Yolanda som var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Fint med de kolde drikke og de små specialiteter i køleskabet. Den fælles store swimmingpool var dejlig og der var rigeligt med plads. Den tilhørende private garage er stor og nem at parkere i. Vi kan helt klart anbefale denne lejlighed.
