IMPRESENTABILE
Frequento da anni il residence TRG ed ho avuto la possibilità di soggiornare in modo soddisfacente in vari appartamenti . Quest'anno ho prenotato tramite Home Away l'appartamento contraddistinto dalla sigla B2.2 . I rapporti epistolari con il proprietario sono sempre stati corretti e professionali . Quindi mi apprestavo ad una serena vacanza programmata dal 7 al 30 gennaio . Purtroppo all'arrivo la situazione si presentava indecente , ( tutto quello che racconterò e documentato da fotografie) subito entrando si notavano macchie di sudiciume diffuso . Macchie sul pavimento di laminato di plastica .Macchie in bagno . Macchie sui rivestimenti del divano. Stoviglie in generale non lavate dopo gli usi precedenti. Piatti rotti . Coltelli rovinati. Tostiera senza pinze. Pentole sformate da ripetuti colpi sui bordi laterali. Il piano del tavolo con vistose macchie di unto così pure tutte le tovagliette sotto piatto. Grucce appendiabiti di semplice filo di ferro tutte rovinate.Il sotto lavello con incrostazioni e ruggine . Ditate generalizzate sui mobili della cucina e incrostazione sul piano d' induzione Avviso il proprietario immediatamente il quale si scusava e mi assicurava una nuova pulizia che effettivamente è stata fatta ma ben sei (6) giorni dopo. Era sera che dovevamo fare ? Abbiamo comprato detersivi e stracci ed abbiamo ripulito l'appartamento . Abbiamo pulito per ore. Stanchi e prima di cena decidiamo di fare una doccia ma aprendo l' acqua il doccione ruotava a 180 gradi spinto dalla pressione dell' acqua andando a bagnare soffitto pareti e spugne. Difetto costante per tutta la presenza tanto che dovevamo farci la doccia con una mano perché l' altra doveva tenere il doccino. Il wifi dell'appartamento funzionava a momenti si ed altri no . Lavatrice mal funzionante , con apertura oblò difficoltosa e senza programma dei risciacqui. E per ultimo il residence era oggetto di una completa ristrutturazione della piscina .Rumore e polvere dalle 8 del mattino alle 4 del pomeriggio. Ma non eravamo informati di tale disagio.Lavoro senz'altro programmato da tempo , quindi facilmente comunicabile .

Wonderful stay in apartment
This is the second time that we have stayed in David's apartment. The location is ideal-around the corner from the beach and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Even though it is close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment complex is lovely with beautiful landscaping and a two section wading pool (one side is heated which is a bonus). The apartment has everything that you need for an enjoyable vacation. Another thing that we like very much is having a washing machine in the bathroom with a drying rack--it makes life so much easier if you are staying for a longer duration. The apartment is also air-conditioned. David responds quickly to any questions about the apartment. If we return to Tenerife, we will certainly stay again in David's apartment!

Fabulous little place to relax and unwind
Quiet, spotlessly clean resort in a brilliant location. Although the appartment / studio is not massive in size (it's big enough for two) it has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in the sun. It benefits from a short walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. All at your doorstep. Best thing was, we didn't have to rush for sunbeds in the morning! Would definitely stay there again !

Stuggled to gain entry into the complex,no obvious entrance. You have to walk through a restaurant.
Appartment needs updating. Insufficient cooling system especially the bedroom. Loved the complex and location but won't be using this Appartment again. Sorry

Great
Great holiday. The location is TOP. The apartment is clean and nice with a great pool. Maybe just a tip for the hairdresser: add some small cooking utensils for 2-3 people in the kitchen, some cushions for the loungers on the terrace and some shelves in the bathroom. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment.

Stayed at royal gardens numerous times but on this occasion we was disappointed with this apartment. Bed was very hard, pillows very hard lumpy and old with brown stains not a big cost to replace. Only 2 towels to which both had served there time. Room in need of some TLC.

To small no shelves in the bathroom no where to put cases i can't see how they can advertise it for 4 people, even if we where with young children the wardrobes are not big enough for 2 we had leave things in the cases, shower overflows the water did not run away and no where in the shower for soap or shampoo, had to put everything on the washing machine all right as long you dont put it on ,then it all falls off and lands on the floor,tv only had channel 4. all in all i would not recommend it to anyone

Great location
The flat is well equipped for a great holiday. It has a large sunny balcony and is within a beautiful complex which is well situated for walking on flat promenade to Playa de Las Americas or Los Cristianos. It is very close to a beautiful beach. Host checked in with us once we arrived to see if everything was ok. We had a great holiday here and hope to visit this flat again.

Fantastic location
Incredibly nice area with lovely pool and close to everything. The apartment has great views of both the sea and the pool. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not so good when we arrived. Also missing some towels and bed linen. The apartment is great for 2 but slightly too small for a family of 4 like we were with teenage kids. Best Regards Henrik and family

Fantastic!
This was already our third stay in this apartment. We stayed for three weeks and had again a fantastic time. Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need. The beds are good, the airconditioning works perfect and it is really nice to have a washing machine. There is a nice swimming pool with enough space and sunbeds. The apartment complex is very clean and quiet. David arranged a few extra cleaning sessions during our stay on our request. He reacts very promptly on any question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks David.

This apartment is in a fabulous location. It is well equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a powerful shower with constant hot water. We had a good night sleep each night during our stay, bed very comfortable to our liking. My partner and I will defiantly use this apartment again. Thank you David.

The property was good for my needs, in a lovely location. My friends were in another property in the same complex so ideal! Pool area is great with loads of sunbeds and right beside beach too for beach days. Washing machine didn't spin towels, so still very wet when they came out is the only issue everything else great. Mon ressenti, A l’arrivée contrôle strict et rassurant surtout un contrôle renforcé pour le COVID. Devrait faire la même procédure chez nous en Belgique et ça irai certainement mieux, car à mon retour à Bruxelles aucun contrôle sanitaire hormis celui du PLF. Propriété propre et bien entretenue, par contre pour l’appartement nous avons du tout nettoyer, l’eau du seau était noire. Sur place trop british tout est focalisé sur l’anglais, qu’on oublie que la langue c’est l’espagnol… Sur place plus de respect des mesures barrières COVID, plus rien est respecté ou alors un peu mais vraiment un peu, priorité 1 l’argent. Visite de l’île arrière pays joli et préservé, histoire de l’île intéressante à découvrir, paysage lunaire comme sur les autres îles voisines. Propreté général de l’île est remarquable. A Playa Las America c’est du profit , tout à bien augmenté, but premier c’est de se faire un Max de profit financier le reste … passe après. Les restaurants pas toujours honnêtes comparez ce que vous commandez et ce que vous payez. Si occasion de voir les cuisines des restaurants, ça laisse un aperçu de ce que vous aurez dans votre assiette. Pas mal de gros cafards , et de blattes énormes, même dans les restaurants qui ont pignons sur rues. Par contre ils font campagne pour la protection de la nature , eau, …mais AUCUN tris sélectifs tout va dans le même container poubelle, papier, verre, plastique, fer, nourriture, … c’est totalement incohérent. Pour nous c’est fini plus de Tenerife. Cdt,

Utmärkt läge med närhet till strand med perfekt balkong. Dock dåligt/ej rengjort i ugn, trasig fläkt, en lampa trasig ovan spis. Dock katastrof avseende sophanteringen !! Man mixar alla typer av avfall i en och samma container !! Fullständigt oansvarigt anser vi, kontaktade värden. We have just spent a little over three weeks in this lovely apartment. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The wiev , the apartment, the location ....all perfect., there are only positive things to say. The questions we had David answered quickly and when we where stranded in the sandstorm he was helpful beyond expectations. We will return next year and hopefully the year after that. Thank you David!

Good apartment.Two things needs fixed to make it even better.
The complex is very quiet at night. There’s no entertainment in the day or night.But you have plenty restaurants and bars only a couple of minutes walk away. We felt very safe at the complex. There’s 3 entrance points into the complex that are all locked. 1 entrance point you need a code to enter and the other 2 entrance points you need to use a key to open the gates.The apartment is very clean and modern. New sofa bed that is very spacious size. The apartment has a nice decor. Air con,washing machine,tv has uk channels,iron,ironing board,microwave and a safe. The balcony is a good size that has a pool view and to the left a sea view. Theres a dining table with 4 chairs and also there’s 2 sun loungers on the balcony.The balcony gets the sun from around 14:00 until sunset. The shower bracket for the shower head needs renewed. You can’t have the shower on fully as the shower head then raises up and the water goes over the top of the shower glass. So you have to use the shower at a reduced speed. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our 10 day stay. We tried numerous times and it wouldn’t let us connect.My wife and i had a 3G signal so we could still get internet access with that,however our two boys couldn’t use their iPads at all for the duration of our stay in the apartment. We messaged David about this a few times throughout our stay and he said he would get someone to come and fix the problem for us but nobody came. I’ve since read some other reviews and this has been an ongoing problem going back 1 year. All in all i would stay again if the shower and WiFi was fixed.I’m giving my overall rating 3 stars based on these 2 issues however if it wasn’t for these 2 issues i would have had no problem giving 5 stars.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld klappte gut. Der Schlüssel befindet sich in einer Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem guten, renovierten Zustand. Eine Mappe mit Informationen wie z. B. WLAN Netz wäre super. Das WLAN ist nicht so toll. Die Lage ist super. Hier hat man nur Parkprobleme, da es wenig Parkplätze gibt. Die Poolanlage ist gut. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter trotz der kleinen Einschränkung des schwachen WLAN‘s.

Excellent!
This was our second stay in the apartment. We stayed for three weeks and had a fantastic time. Excellent location, close to the best beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was updated very nicely since our previous visit in september/october 2017. It is painted completely, has a new very comfortable sofa, a new bed (we slept perfectly),new tableware, new curtains and not to forget an air conditioning machine was installed. The apartment was clean, comfortable and it has everything that you need. We did not use the kitchen equipment, because there are plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood covering all tastes and budgets. The apartment is perfect for two. Large balcony with sun from lunch time till sunset. Complete with sunbeds an a nice view on the lovely well kept pool area. David also reacts very promptly on any question. He arranged a few additional cleaning services for us during our stay. Also, considering all the changes made to the apartment do indicate that David takes the reviews seriously. The apartment looks neat and very homely with the new sofa, cushions, curtains, etc. Really good choice! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely like to stay here again the next time we will visit Tenerife. We would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks David
