(The owner[?] might come across as gruff, but he's very, very nice once you talk to him a bit.) I felt safe there, and did not worry about security. The doors do open to the outside, but they all face the courtyard which is monitored.”

“Unfortunately, Expedia booked a room when none were available. We drove an hour and a half from our home on the WA coast in anticipation of the tsunami from the 8.8 Russian earthquake. We arrived at midnight to find no room available. Nonetheless, the night clerk let us use their facilities to reach out to Expedia to arrange another room. Having the check-out time at 12:00 allowed me to have a leisurely morning which extended my time away. I really enjoyed it. Also, the gal at the front desk (I didn't get her name) who had just come in for her shift on Sunday at about 8:00 was EXCELLENT and very pleasant. She is an asset to your business.
