“Property is beautiful but SO expensive. In hindsight we would have been better off staying closer to downtown Nashville so we could Uber less. The beds weren’t comfortable and it was tight living space for 4 people and all our stuff. The staff were wonderful and there are lots of places to eat and shop. Make sure you can stomach flushing a $100 bill before you go to make sure you are ready.”

“This is a nice hotel that is in reasonable shape. However, service was slow and ooor, from reception to general service. Also no coffee machines in rooms?? First “luxury” hotel I have stayed in that has no in-room coffee. Would definitely not go back.”

“The rooms were clean. Porter/valet staff need more training. Front desk staff were lacklustre and there’s no follow through. Bar/restaurant staff were great. Wifi/cell service is awful at this hotel (whether you pay for the wifi or not).”

“Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. I will need to take this up with their front desk again! I am very frustrated with their lack of...

“⸻ I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I lost my phone and credit card and informed the staff, yet I was forced to wait outside my room for three hours before being allowed to pay. Eventually, I found my items but was charged an extra $400, despite already paying $1,450 for the stay and over $2,000 on food and drinks. The staff treated me disrespectfully, making me feel like a criminal rather than a guest. I do not recommend this hotel”
