“I like the open air onsen, and the service received at the buffer breakfasts and dinners. However, the aircon is only in heater mode, and the window cannot be opened. ”

“2 minutes walk from the station. A new hotel, very well maintained. Staff was very nice and could speak English. The room was larger than average Japanese hotel rooms. The onsen is good but not awesome. I recommend this hotel ”

Breakfast buffet includes both Western and Japanese items, excellent free wine tasting with crackers and chocolates. Modern facility, excellent location, our room was surprisedly neat and spacious. If ever in Furano again, we will definitely be staying here!”
