“Please know that Lilys Garden is located in the basement of a home in a residential area. There is no garden. Upon entry the common area is poorly lit and depressing. While the room appeared clean, a perfume smell permeated the room, similar to Febreeze air freshener, used to mask underlying odours. Anyone who is sensitive to perfume may be affected. The bathroom fan was covered in a layer of dust. The grout around the sink was moldy. The room was cheaply decorated, nothing endearing or quaint,...
