Bedroom Configuration
- Master Bedroom: Located on the upper level with a queen bed and ensuite
- Downstairs Bedrooms: Three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two king singles.

Cooling & Comfort
- Air Conditioning is available in the living areas. There are ceiling and portable fans in the bedrooms.

House Guidelines:
• Please respect the property and neighbors.
• No indoor smoking.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• Loud parties and indoor smoking will incur a penalty.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
