“The hotel is located in a great area. Several food options and conveniently located near Charlotte and other attractions in the area. The room was clean, the restroom and shower seemed newly renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss.”

“Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn at Steele Creek. We booked a king-size bedroom with a pull-out sofa for one night before flying out of CLT the next morning. Our room was on the first floor directly across from the patio/pool access hallway. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom shower did look like it could use some cosmetic repairs. Overall, the grounds were well-maintained, but some people on the patio may have been smoking, as the smell carried into the...

“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”
