“Breakfast not being included at this price point. Staff were good. Room was clean. However, there was a little bit of mold smell and spotting on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. You might want to check for mold and remediate. ”

“As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. “Here’s a clear and firm version you can use: I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The entire third floor smelled strongly of marijuana, and the smoke was so heavy that you could feel it immediately on contact. It even came inside our room. I was traveling with my 15-year-old, and she noticed it as well and commented on how strong it was. This made the situation very uncomfortable. “Housekeeping beating on the door like the police to ask if I need towels at 9 or 10 am is ridiculous. A simple knock would've sufficed. And then the security guard harassed me the other night because I wanted to work the property after work to unwind from work. He had a real bad attitude and was very rude. The property rules didt. State anything about not being able to roam the property after 11pm. Overall my stay was great. ”
