“Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed.”

“Family orientated hotel with great pools, walk on beach access, wonderful BBQ options for self catering. Rooms are large and family orientated. Fab stay! ”

“It's a new building property and everything looks new, except the bed seems like your sleeping in a wave, should have a a firm cushion bed..I slept like 3 hours, for people that don't mind that issue, I guess it's ok..”

“Everything is very pricey but ok resort parking isn't free and it should be if your staying there 250 on your card for damages if any. Very crowded at all times ocean front rooms are small”

“Excellent staff—thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! This is a wonderful property for families with young children. My 12-year-old and 9-year-old absolutely loved the pool area, and we all had a fantastic time. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 are: 1. No housekeeping service for longer stays - We stayed for four nights, but our room was never cleaned during our stay. Since this is a beach resort, sand inevitably gets tracked into the room, and we ended up having to mop...

“Clean, nice amenities and friendly staffing”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left...

“Rooms are super nice and clean. Washer and Dryer are in room - really nice and convenient. Kitchen super clean and have all the essential utensils you needed. Location is right on point if you need to say close by to Atrium medical center. I would stay with Kasa again 100%.”
