“Overall the stay was okay. However I personally would not stay again. I got a room with a couch but it was not very comfortable. The pool was under repair although I don’t recall seeing that when I booked. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants so that was a huge plus.”

“Parking was easily available. Air conditioner and heat worked well. Refrigerator kept things cold.”

“Staff were very courteous and professional. Bed platforms were annoying due to extended length beyond the mattress and can cause painful bumping with your feet-toes.”

“Front desk staff was amazing to me. I traveled solo and they were all so kind to me. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the server/bartender was a doll! My room was very clean and I felt very safe. I would stay here again and recommended to anyone!”

“Its a budget-friendly hotel. My room was clean and the Staff were very helpful and polite. They have a pool and vending machines for snacks. The exercise room is small. There is about 3 or 4 treadmills in there but no weights. The hotel has 2 elevators also which is helpful if you're on one of the upper floors. The hotel sits up on a hill right next to the interstate which is convenient and the view is nice. If you're in the Bristol area for a few days, I'd definitely recommend considering this...

“The property was not good the bed had noise and also you could hear sounds from other rooms we took a room for 90 but it doesn’t had any value of that the sofa was very dirty , had some flies in room. I don’t recommend it for anyone”
