The workout area in an entire floor and rivals the best gym I've been to. And, there are gorgeous places to sit and relax or work on the outdoor decks or the many lounge areas inside. Don't hesitate to stay here.”

There were no available extras on hand! As we requested multiple times from the front desk, they just told us housekeeping is not in yet that we had to wait for a roll of toilet paper?! Whereas, you could easily just get off your phone and go to the closet or wherever you guys have it stocked and hand us ONE Roll! The service was not...

“I've stayed at Intercontinental several times in the past including my honeymoon and have had a great experience. However, my experience at the Houston location wasn't as smooth. To start, the bell man was great, he was personable and was ready to help us. We had 4 big luggages and he was ready and willing to help with a smile. When trying to check in, the attendant wasnt as personable. Didnt even smile to welcome us. We got in early, so I asked if they had a room availbe to check in early....
