“The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs to address the following: The shower isn’t safe . There are no grab bars. The tv doesn’t work because it takes forever to “load” when you hit guide. Soooo slow! Needed another garbage can in the bathroom. No bag to stash our dirty clothes. No mouthwash. Very dark hallways that are hard to walk in. Lighting in the room was insufficient. The bread choices in the restaurant were boring and we had to ask for salt and pepper 2 times. Our omelette...

“I checked in on April 30th Thurday afternoon. It is their policy that after a two night stay you receive listed housekeeping services which include towels. I csm back to the hotel Saturday evening no housekeeping service. I called the lobby and let them know no one tended to the room. I requested towels that night, nothing! I called again Sundsy Morning and the person I talked with brought them up. When I checked out trash cans were full and no amenities were replaced.”

“At first I got a room with smoking smell even after overnight and was not happy about it. The front desk changed my room and the new room was good. It had a refridgerator and microwave in room, and also provided tooth brush, a small breakfast area, which are great considering the price. The bus 54 station is nearby and subway station is walkable, so it oa relatively convenient transit to downtown.”

“Everything was good except for the parking. They rent out spots to non guests, the parking lot gets full if you’re not there early and you have to risk parking somewhere else.”
