“The room was very clean somewhat there was hai inside the bathtub so I wasn’t able to use it. Air conditioner didn’t get cold it took 1 hour before we feel the coldness. It was hard to find the parking we found the easiest parking valet when we were about to leave. But overall it was very neat and close to everything. I will stay longer so I can actually enjoy the amenities and we didn’t have a chance to check out the bar and the breakfast.”

“NICE HOTEL IN THE NICE ARE, CLOSE TO THE PARKS AND THE TRAIN TO MOVE ARROUND. ALL MUSEUM ARE REALLY CLOSE.”

“It was close to everything. Perfect hub for checking out apartments throughout Houston for my son who’s moving there. The staff was great, especially Francisco the bartender in the restaurant! We were also able to get early check in & late checkout. Enjoyed the pool briefly. Definitely would stay there again!”

“I killed 2 roaches and a spider. We had to beg for towels, the only way you could get more towels was to turn the other ones in. The building smelled old and stale. Other than that it was in a convenient location to get to the Medical Center.”

“Property was booked and then cancelled within 4 hours of check in. Management company refused to take responsibility and blamed the 3rd party (Livly) they use. I was left in a very stressful and unfortunate situation due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, the woman I spoke to at the property management company stated she would call me back with other options, but never called.
