“Surprisingly average - with a few serious "low-lights". I sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting for a server to take a breakfast order yesterday. No water, no coffee, just waiting, while they walked around me. I had the worst pizza EVER at the bar - had to send it back. It was a mess of sodium and grease, no resemblance to pizza. The Peloton bike (main reason I stay in most hotels) wasn't either activated, nor connected to the internet - so wouldn't work. I won't be back.”

“Our biggest issues were communication and there was a power shut off plan that we did not know about which affected us on a Saturday morning while we were trying to get ready to go out for the day. Also their internet went out for majority of a day. We had asked for towels and it took half a day or more to get it. Communication at times is very good but other times their app there was not good communication. It is a beautiful hotel and residence. Amenities appear to be superb. Staff does try....

“The entire property was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the FOOD oh my goodness, it was incredible. I only wish the menu had just a bit more of a selection!! I would love to see what else they have to offer. I did notice some dusty areas of the room that look like they just often get overlooked, nothing out of control. I did find a long hair in the bath tub.. but, I know things happen!! Now, there was one thing I had actual issue with, and it was the shower. The rainfall shower head had...
