“I forgot to ask for the food voucher. But I did get my parking free, after help from an assistant. The hotel itself was great! It was clean, and the room was just right. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We used the shuttle to go to dinner, and the app, car and driver were all excellent.”
“Double charged for self overnight parking during check out was told by worker the $20 would be charged to room once leaving the property had to pay $20 to get out so they need to change parking garage sign to $40 for overnight self parking if that's what they charging ”
“The hotel is close to MD Anderson and they get a lot of out of town patients. The shuttle is definitely a plus. The staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel is super clean which for cancer patients is priority. I highly recommend this property to any MD Anderson patient and to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for everything!!! We will be back soon. ”

“My reservation dates were incorrect and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful booking our stay upon arrival! I also recieved texts during my stay which allowed me the access to a box fan in my room and maintenance fixed a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink.”
“We stayed for two nights here to see a concert at nearby NRG stadium. The room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent with their service. The stadium is approximately a 20 minute walk (about a mile) which was great because we didn’t have to deal with all the vehicle traffic. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Houston. ”
