“Location, staff are great”

“The architecture is beautiful and the landscaping was lovely. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was pet- friendly and the staff even brought my dog a bed to sleep on. I felt it was absolutely a great location. The bar snacks were good. It was very clean and well maintained. Will come back.”

“We had dinner 4 of the 5 nights we were there, in part because we loved Brenda, the server. She was great!! We also loved Lisa who helped us in the evening when we were trying to play a board game. She noticed that we could barely see the board, and she brought over two little battery operated lights which were so excellent, we came home and ordered some online. Jose or Juan who drives the van and carries the luggage was alos excellent.”

“We chose this stay due to wife being a patient at MD Anderson and it was close which helps. The staff on hand at the time did a great job cleaning. The heat in the hallway in the evening got really warm on the fifth floor and my wife having lung problems could hardly breathe getting back and forth to the elevator. Next stay I will be asking for ground floor room if possible. After surgery it was very difficult to maneuver the situation. It would be nice to offer discounts for area hospitals...

“Friendly staff. Nice comfortable room at a very reasonable rate. Lobby area was very clean. The pool area however left much to be desired; it was small and not clean at all.”
