“I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Nashville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself was not well maintained — there were visible cigarette burns on the comforter, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was the noise and lack of management response. Around 6 a.m., there were people outside our room in the parking lot screaming, along with others revving their car engines near the lobby area. This went on long...

“The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. ”
