“It is dirty and smell cigarette smoke in the room and the hallway. Sia, a staff, claims the room is non-smoking. Internet Access is Terrible. It does not work. In the room, Air conditioning is set permanently at 72 in the thermostat. But it just blows air. But in the Dining area, it was cold which means A/C in the room should be colder than blowing air. In the room, there is no phone to call the Front Desk. Breakfast is pitiful. I will never use Clarion again.”

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“The views are breathtaking. It’s a perfect blend of history with beautiful gardens. The historians at Middleton did such a great job to honor and share past stories, making this vacation not only a relaxing one, but also interesting. We enjoyed the weather greatly, the nightly snacks and drinks were a great addition- what a way to share a sunset on our anniversary trip! We might not be back right away, but will tell others to visit- 100% recommend as a relaxing adult getaway.”

“Room was okay. The shower leaked BAD every time you showered. The pool was green and smelled horribly of mold. Had to go get our own towels every time our dirty ones were taken by cleaning staff. The one day of the week our whole room was to be cleaned the cleaning staff didn't start cleaning it until 5:45pm-6:00pm, which we were ready to come back to the room and relax and couldn't after a long day. “Expedia please refund my booking for this place. People should start eliminating all these third party vendors. Expedia took my money and yet to refund for a place that was not fit to stay.”

Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”

“The property wasn’t the problem. I advise against allowing extended stays to be booked through your platform. If someone decides day of to extend their stay they just cancel reservations. So I got to the hotel at 11pm after my flight only to have to find a new hotel.”

“The room look terrible. There was a hole in one of the walls the mini fridge if you want to open, and you had a hold of it, come out from where I was in the cabinet. The door was like hanging in properly because it was able to get stuck and when you close it, you could see Kravitz on the side. The curtain wouldn’t even go down.
