“I felt safe as a single traveler. The parking lot was well lit and maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. They did a nice job remodeling the rooms. The breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. Everything was neat and clean. I would happily stay here again.”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“Hotel close to shopping. Tanger outlets were about 10 minutes away. Easy to get on and off the highway. Rooms were spacious. The only issue I had was with the light sources didn’t give enough light and the air condition COLD! Overall I’ll stay again.”

“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“1st time staying at a Tru, we loved everything about it! The room was huge. Loved the open concept. The area downstairs, pool table, sitting area, breakfast area. We will definitely be back!”

“I have never been to a hotel this gross....disgusting is an understatement! The rooms dirty! The hallways common areas elevator everything dirty! The entire hotel smelled bad and felt sticky. The 2 rooms we were in smelled horrible. Correction 3 because we had got one of the rooms switched because the air conditioning would not work and toliet would not flush...and the staff member had attitude when I told him something was wrong! I asked for towels and he huffed about that I got new stained...

“The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and offered to check us in early when we asked about the shuttle service to the concert at the coliseum that evening. Bar was very convenient. We did not try the restaurant but heard great things about it from other friends in our group”

“The stay was great. I was there for a week. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do recommend to advertise or have better access to what amenities are available. I went and did laundry without knowing there was a laundry room - I could’ve asked too and was mostly my fault but even when using the QR code it was not listed :( but otherwise it was great and felt safe.”
