“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“We loved the pool and pool bar. We also visited the upstairs Lounge for live music. We used the bus from just outside to get into Charleston it’s $2 a ride The rooms were much better than we expected and there was loads of parking”

“Excellent customer service from checking in and help with more towels, etc. The rooms are Immaculate! Fresh and clean. The room setup was very user friendly. The breakfast was very good. Fresh and alot of options. Seamless visit! A++++”

“Everything was good, I just dislike the fact that you pay a lot of money for a room and still have to pay for parking. Breakfast line was long and slow and skipped on it. Other than that room was clean and convenient”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“The rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen. If you need a cook top and pans all you have to do is ask the front desk. Fridge was a little smaller than pictured but still big enough. Breakfast was good. Every morning had a slight change in the menu which we enjoyed.”

“Staff is extremely rude and don’t know what they are doing. The front desk employee does not know how to handle a simple check in and creating keys for a room.”
