Hotel vicino a Citadel Mall - Charleston

“Hotel a me comodo per posizione, in passato ho provato gli latri nei dintorni ma questo è per me il migliore anche per rapporto qualità prezzo”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

“The breakfast was good, the property is a bit dated (room door sticks, broken tiles in the elevator, shower drain stop rusted out). The coffee is to weak!”

“Parking is a bit of a nightmare after 10:00 pm. If you want parking, parking before 9:00 to ensure you have a spot. Otherwise the stay was great. Clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was good, really enjoyed the cinnamon roll waffles. Overall great stay. ”

“L'hôtel non vale certamente i soldi pagati. Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”

“Only thing good about this property good is the parking and prices. The bed comforters had burn holes along with the blankets. The bed light barely worked. The roaches are horrible as hell. The chair are rusty along with the towel rack. The laundry the towels are stained with hair in them still. My bathroom still had soap paper behind the door. ”

“Hotel need to be remodeled hotel is old the rooms and the bed and the TVs and the furniture it's inadequate I will give it to Stars room service you will have to ask for more towels more soap”

“The breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Great options. This hotel is beautifully remoled and nice. It did need better cleaning. The floors needed more sweeping and the sheets were not not washed properly. The toilet seat seem bit dirty. I love the location and its easy to walk and safe. The problem is that they need to step up the cleaning. Overall, its a great hotel with nice friendly staff.”
