“Overnight stay prior to knee surgery. First thing we were told at check-in is that our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. Room was clean. Mattress sagged at the head and the pillows were so soft, they didn't compensate for this sagging. Very poor night's sleep for this reason. Would think twice before staying again.”
