“Location is very good, especially if you want to walk the river. That’s about it. Hotel is tired, staff is all over. Staff is traveling up and down with you with all the equipment for cleaning, which smells very strong. Main lobby is packed with linens and main elevators faces hotel storage/equipment and pretty much everything else door that was always open. Personal is alway talking to each other and making jokes, laughing as if they were in their own house. Restaurant that is attached was not...

“Struttura meravigliosa e centralissima con accesso diretto al riverwalk. Hall enorme e bellissima, personale gentilissimo ed efficiente. Check in é checkout rapidissimi. Camera enorme con varie stanze, pulitissime. Bagno perfetto. Letto enorme e comodo. Televisione con schermo enorme. Pulizia perfetta. Frigorifero in camera. Consigliato ”

“Bella struttura d'epoca lungo il River Walk, in posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi tutta Downtown. Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”

“Hotel con la mejor ubicación si quieres estar cerca del Riverwalk. El hotel ya es un poco viejo pero lo mantienen bien. Las habitaciones muy bien con camas muy cómodas pero no pidan con sofacama porque son incomodísimos. Imposible comunicarse del cuarto a recepción. Si buscas tranquilidad no lo veo como opción por la cantidad de gente que alberga.”

“Very clean hotel. The rooms were minimalistic and basic if you ask me. But the bed was really comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. For the price $300/night I was expecting way better. Everything was very basic as far as amenities. There wasn't even a hot tub. The pool is 10th floor and a but small. It's heated but still too cold for early afternoon. Perks- they have free tea and coffee service in the morning. They have free wine service around 5pm. I stayed at 3 different...

“We live in CNTX and La Omni is our favorite hotel on the riverwalk. Went for girls trip this time and it was fun seeing a new area of the Mansion. We were on 6th flr with view of Tower of Americas. The valet is the way to go for parking, upon leaving, Armando was THE BEST and so very helpful! The rooms are comfy and clean.”

“Lovely stay! I would highly recommend. The restaurant, pool, and spacious outdoor gardens were so beautiful. Our room had a small sitting deck. Next time I want try the spa amenities. Definitely will stay again. ”

“we were very disappointed in the grab and go breakfast offerings through Moon’s daughter. We ordered a bacon and egg taco…the unseasoned eggs and greasy bacon were served on pita bread. The container it was served in was full of grease. There was some unknown food item that looked like tofu. In San Antonio, you can’t call something a breakfast taco and serve what we got. Gross”
