“Throughout my years of using Expedia, this has been one of the worst places to stay. The room smelt like Animal faces. The refrigerator didn’t work. The breakfast was cold sausages still frozen home fries are still frozen and uncooked. Service whatsoever was poor or none will never recommend this hotel to anybody.”

“Siamo arrivati stanchi da morire dopo un viaggio lungo e alla reception non trovavano la mia prenotazione nonostante avessi anche la stampa del pagamento. Siamo stati quasi un ora ad aspettare che finalmente trovassero la prenotazione con il nome della mia mail! Una volta saliti in camera nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3 persone il divano letto non era fatto, mi sono lamentata alla reception al che mi hanno letteralmente consegnato in mano le lenzuola dicendomi che il letto dovevo farlo...

“Overall the staff was very nice, The only issue I had was the room was chilly the first night. After having the heat on 90 degrees all night and it still felt chilly, I called maintenance. They came to adjust the vent and heat improved but it still took a long time. Then I smelled burning so I turn the heat down to 77 and the smell went away. I kept the heat on 77 degrees and the heat never went off when the setting was set to auto! Other than this heat issue, everything else was fine! I enjoyed...

“Vergognosi hanno preso un deposito di 400 dollari all arrivo e alla partenza non hanno rimesso il credito mi sono ritrovato in aeroporto senza soldi nella carta e dopo averli contattati mi hanno risposto che il credito sottratto lo rimetteranno non prima di tre giorni ho spiegato che quei soldi mi servivano mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia l hotel lo sconsiglio non è affatto comodo per visitare new York ”

“L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”

“L'hotel è bellissimo, curato e molto pulito. I letti sono comodissimi, le stanze in pieno inverno sono belle calde. All'interno dell'Hotel c'è sia un bar che un piccolo ristorante dove si può pranzare o cenare ed il cibo è buono. Prezzo onesto e più ergonomico che New York . La colazione non è molto varia ma comunque buona e abbondante. I punti a sfavore di questo posto per me sono stati solo 2. 1.
