“This is an older property that badly needs a renovation. The front sign is missing. I booked through Expedia for three nights. We decided to check out a day early. I gave 24 hours notice and got approval from Expedia and from the hotel. However, after a week of not receiving the one night refund, I called to inquire. The hotel refused the refund, fortunately Expedia stepped up and honored the refund on their own. ”
